Shifts Timings : US Night Shifts (Mandatory)
CTC : 2 Lakhs to 3.75 Lakhs
Work Location : HCL Chennai, Shollinganalur
Job Description :
- Make / Receive calls from customers relating to their invoices / outstanding / orders or collect insurance details (No Sales Involved)
- Document and take accurate action on the information gathered from either the insurance representative or customers.
- Process medical billing related transactions accurately and in accordance with client stipulated procedures.
