Requirements
*Established job experience as a Recruiter
*Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
*Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
*Source and attract candidates by via databases, portals, social media etc
*Screen candidates resumes and job applications
*evaluate applicants' appropriate knowledge, skills, soft skills and experience
*perform as a point of contact and build significant candidate & customer relationships throughout the selection process
*Promote company's reputation
