Technical support officer
Job Description:
* Trouble shooting for Broadband related issues through Voice
* Setting up wireless connection on Laptops and Desktops.
* Connectivity issues with ops Modem, Routers, Hubs and Switches.
* Dealing with network connectivity - LAN , WAN and MAN
* Checking the exchange line issues / outages / fixing appointment with the technician at UK.
Qualification:
* Any UG / PG (2013 / 2014 / 2015) Passed out are eligible
* Candidates having backlogs up to 4 papers can also attend.
* Diploma holders can also attend
* Education Qualification 10 + 2 + 3 years (Mandatory)
* Year of Passing: Any (provided ready to join immediately)
* Good Communication skills in English
Skill set required:
* Excellent Communication Skills in English
* Immediate joiners are preferred
* Willing to Work in Night / Rotational Shifts
